Tutorial for cute favor boxes

Here's the promised tutorial for some cute paper boxes. Perfect for Valentine's Day.

You will need ;
  • double sided patterned paper ( the sturdy kind)
  • scissors
  • craft knife
  • bone folder
  • ribbon
  • hole puncher
  • ink(optional)

Start by printing out this template on white cardstock ( click the picture and then right click to print)

When you have cut out the template, trace it to the back your paper and then cut out. Use your craft knife to cut out the slits.
Ink the outside edges.

Use the bone folder to fold up the sides.

Take the two tabbed sides and hold them together while sliding the other two sides through.

Punch a hole trough the "tabs"

Left is only a ribbon through the holes and to decorate the front.
Voila!

Whatcha think?
Let me know how it goes if you try!
Now we are off to celebrate John who turns 4-0 !!
