Anyways... they are having a liquidation sale now. I have already done my share of shopping there. If you like Scenic Route...hurry over to http://www.scenicroutepaper.com. When the stuff is gone...it's gone forever:(
Have you ever been to a blog hop? They have one over at http://itsallaboutmechallenge.blogspot.com/ with lots of different challenge blogs participating. I had no idea there was so many challenge blogs out there. So much inspiration! Join the fun for lots of prizes to win. The blog hop is going on for a week.
Thanks for all the layouts for the butterfly challenge. I still have to add a few more entries to the Slide. Not to worry though. I have received them .
Here's a layout I just finished. I used some yummy June Bug from Basic Grey. The paper you see behind the photo, the one with red roses...I made that myself...
Oh well, it wasn't so hard really. It's actually fabric from my curtains here in my scrap room.

I just took the fabric and put it in the scanner. I adjusted the colors a bit in Photoshop, but that's not necessary. If you don't have a scanner you can just use a copy machine. Be sure to use a heavier paper and not some flimsy printer paper. Imagine if you had a 12 x 12 printer you could start mass producing unique patterned paper. So go and look in your closet or use your favorite sheets and print out some one-of-a-kind papers.
If you have some nice looking curtains it could be cool to decorate some matching photo boxes or something.
One last thing...this blog will see some changes soon and we have to say goodbye to the birdie. But it's all good and I'm very excited, because this will all involve YOU and YOUR TALENTS...that's all I'm saying for now:)
