Oh wow... my fav moment is the same every summer.. going to the beach, getting fish and chips for tea, ice cream for afters... and sleeping to the sound of the waves..... ahhh pity its winter over here at the moment!!
Congrats on reaching 100 followers!! My favorite summer moments have been the days spent at the lake watching my kids play and become stronger swimmers every day. I love that I get to stay home with them in the summers...if only I didn't have to go back to work!
You did it! YAY!! My favorite memory of summer 2009 - hmmm...building a fire in the fire pit and teaching the grandchildren how to roast hot dogs and for a special treat - toast marshmallows. They loved it..and now they ask to have a marshmallow roast every time they're here after dark!
Congrats on reaching 100 followers, I have followed your blog through your email alert for awhile and I LOVE your blog!!
Mmmm summer...I love going to our shack which is RIGHT on the beach and watching my grandchildren playing in the water, listening to them giggle and laugh and being so carefree and just enjoy life, that is the most important thing to me, to see them happy!
Keep up the good work.
Cheers!
Marilyn
I'd say my favorite moment this summer was my husband and I celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary at the beach. It's the first time we've done anything to celebrate in along time.
CONGRATS!
My favorite summer moment and memory is just hanging out at the beach with my kiddos. Of course lets not forget the sand castles building!
Congrats on your number of followers! I love your blog, your tutorials are always awesome!
My summer wasn´t so good this year, but the best was 2007 summer 'cause I became a diver!!! I love to dive in Arraial do Cabo, RJ, Brazil and I hope to this again in december, when is summer here in Brazil!
*brazilian hugs to you*!!!
Wow...congrats on 100! That is so awesome! My favorite summer memory for 2009 would have to be the day my children (ages 3 and 1) spent hiking in hixton forest, driving up to the bluffs to over look our beautiful town and then driving down to the river to feed the ducks...then after all of that we enjoyed the best ice cream around at the Pearl. What a wonderful day..I can't wait to get them in our scrapbook! I wish summer would never end.
WOO HOOO 100! I am jealous!
My favorite summer memory.....this summer. after 4 year of waiting I got custody of my son for the school year. Makes momma's heart sooooo happy!!!!
My favorite summery memory this year is: Our cousins oldest daughter got married at Lake of the Ozarks (they live there) and we made a little vacation out of it. The 3 bedroom condo we rented was fabulous and had room enough for us, my two Daughters who are still at home and my Daughter, her hubby and my grandson (15 months). Just spending relaxing time, watching the baby babble and roam, shopping at the outlet mall, doing the go karts was a blast. The wedding was the icing on the cake!!!
The weather has been awesome this summer! Couldn't have planned it better myself!

Happy 100th!
My favorite this summer is watching my oldest son learn to fish, seeing my daughter finally back on her feet after major surgery and seeing my youngest enjoy playing in his mud puddle.
Love that beach photo! My entire summer has been one great memory since this is the first summer that I am not working and get to be home with my 2 year old son! We have fun outside every day! Congrats on reaching 100 followers, I am sure that will continue to increase. Love your blog!
100 FANS!CONGRATULATIONS....u have earned it, ur work is beautiful and u know making the flowers is my favorite! :-) my best summer moment was spent with my sisters at Lake of the Ozarks. we swam, cooked outside, saw a show and the best was we went on a 6 mile hike together. the splendor of the woods and flat lands, the awsome waterfalls we climbed to get to. WE DID IT...and we did it together as sisters. our nights were spent scrapbooking, laughing and sharing our lives. how blessed I'am to have this time and share it with the ones I love. God Bless and here's to the next 100!! :)
Congratulations on 100 followers! I have had many great memories this summer. DH and I went on a series of daytrips back in July. Then in August we had company for a week. It was wonderful to watch my nephew at the beach! He would get so exicted in the sand that he would just lay down and roll in it! Giggling like crazy!
You are doing well with your blog! :)
I love popsicles in the summer!
100 congrats to you! My favorite moment this summer of 2009 was in meeting a man for the first time in person since meeting online and having numerous conversations on the phone over a course of several weeks! I took the chance in meeting him and we spent some good quality time together at Disneyland. I haven't been at Disneyland for several years, so it was a very exciting, fun and relaxing day. He was so much fun to be around and we clicked. What a pleasant surprise for me!!
Congrats on 100 followers! I love your blog- your tutorials are to die for! The best moment of my summer was when I visited my Grandma and we celebrated her 80th birthday! It was so exciting for my whole entire family to be together again, my grandma was so happy she cried. I can't wait to make a mini album and send it to her!!!
Wow, congrats! That's pretty awesome. ;)
My favorite part of the summer this year was going to the beach for the first time in 12 years! It was also the first time my 4 year old ever saw the ocean and that was an amazing moment to witness. It was a wonderful trip!
Congrats on reaching 100!!
My favourite summer moment is spending quality time away from all the work stress with all my family and friends at the beaches around South Africa where I live. Mostly the West Coast and the South Coast. At my parents house there are alot of rock pools where my little one can catch some small fishes with his little net. I love every summer!!
This has been the best summer our family has ever had. We didn't get to go on any vacations because of my husbands work (6 10hr days yuck) but I have numerous kids with hard disabilities and every year they get out I wish for school to restart. This year they are all on really good meds and things have been so calm and quiet I couldn't have asked for a better summer. The boys got to go on different scout camps and young men trips and my daughter had her boyfriend home from college for the whole summer and I got to read and scrapbook. Life was sweet this year. I am signing up right now as a follower. I have followed you at SB.com for years and you have always been a fav scrapper of mine. Congrats on reaching your 100 person.
Congratulations on reaching 100 followers. Being in Australia, our summer was a while ago. My most vivid memory was the heat - when it got to over 46C and of course the devastating bush fires.
my favorite summer memory 2009: going to Mexico in June/July and seeing/spending time with my family there and becoming a Godmother again while there and helping prepare for the baptism of my nephew.
I don't know that I have a "favorite" summer moment. All moments that I have with my family are at the top. One time does stick in my head, though. One year we had gone camping on the coast of Texas and I could not find my sunglasses anywhere. I was tired of squinting and, as my husband says, everything was at a halt until moma found her sunglasses. It was about that time that my six year old said, "Moma, you're wearing them!" Sure enough, I was actually wearing them and didn't realize it because the sun was so bright. We all got a good laugh out of that one and we still get a chuckle out of it when talking about old times.
My favorite summer memories are spening time with family. We usually all get together for a family vacation at Grand Isle, Louisiana. While we are there we fish in the surf, go crabbing & watch my neice & nephew play on the beach. It's such a relaxing time for everybody. Also, my husband & I enjoy going camping & bringing our 2 dogs with us.

Glad you are happy with your move! Congrats on the 100 followers! I don't have a favorite memory really, but I have trulyt enjoyed playing with my son outside this summer! He is at such a fun active stage right now (3 yrs old).
My favourite summer moment 09? I went to back to LA and saw Snowball, the kitty I had to leave behind 6 years ago. And I reconnected with my ex-roommate, with whom I had lived for about 15 years but had not been in contact with in the 6 years I've been gone.
Summers don't mean summer to me anymore.
My favorite memory is from June 2009. My niece came to stay for 2 weeks from Minnesota, when I arrived to pick her up I received the surprise of my life, her mom, my big sister came with her. We had not seen each other for 4 years. We went to the beach 3 times in 2 weeks, our fav thing to do when she comes to California.
My favorite summer mamory this summer was having a huge BBQ at my house and inviting everyone I could think of. Everyone I could think of showed up too! (over 200)
We had a blast!
In New Zealand we haven't had our 2009 summer yet.... nearing it though.
The best part of a splatter of summer this year was the New year... lol It was warm and lovely.
Wow 100 followers! That's great, I have two! :) I have to say my fav moment would be going to the flea market once a month to look through all the junk and see if I can find some cool scrappy stuff for cheap! And I have! :)
Wow! 100 folowers:) Congrats!
I can´t really think of a memory from summer 2009, but I have a great memory from summer 2008:)
Our 2:nd daughter, Ayah, was born in our car, we did not make it in time to the hospital, even though it is only like 5 minutes away from our house! Totally crazy!:)
my favorite summer memory was having my boyfriend return home safely from iraq. congrats on your successful blog!!
My favorite memory this summer is when my sister in law and family came to visit and we spent time together at the beach and amusement parks- just having a good time, and I loved seeing the kids enjoying themselves. We had a great time!
nice candy! one of my best summer memories is when I was a child and we went fishing with all the cousins and Aunts and Uncles, we packed peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and I can remember how smashed they were when we went to eat them, but it didn't really matter, we all were having a great time, a simple time and joyful time. We were just hanging with family fishing, relaxing and playing. No super big event nor was it costly. I just remember the joy of the day and how simple it really was. Mainly we were just enjoying each others company in a simple way on a day out fishing. (((awe when days were so much more simple...)))
Congrats on you now 107 followers!!! You're tutorials are wonderful. Thanks for all that you post.
My favorite moment of the summer was a family party after my son and nephew's college graduation. We played outside around the swimming pool. Eating, drinking, and soaking up the sun. Family and friends, what more could a person ask for???
My favorite Summer memory is spending lots of time scrapping with my girls. We really enjoy when they are out of school, and we can scrap the day away! Congrats on your 100 followers! That's awesome!
I love your inspiring blog and tutorials. Thanks for sharing your great ideas and tips. My favorite summer memory was a trip to Northern Georgia. Dh, Mocha, and I had a blast. Living in FL we don't get to experience mountains, we're typicaly surrounded by beaches. We enjoyed the simple pleasure of life, we did not take phone calls, watch tv, or even go online. This trip was incredible and made us appreciate each other even more.

congrats on your 100 followers! that's just awsome! My favorite part of this summer was finally getting a vacation and spending it with my dear family! Just not having to watch a clock and enjoy each other! Couldn't ask for nothing more. All good things must come to an end...can't wait for next summer already!
Wow, Helen, congratulations on reaching such a great milestone. What is my favorite summer memory--by far vacation of summer 2008. It was just simply perfect from the house we stayed at the the perfect weather. My daughters and I rode the tea cups at Fun Land on the boardwalk. It was always one of my favorite rides and now they love it too. We went back this year and did it again but somehow it wasn't as magical as the first. Thanks for posting so much great information on your blog.
My favorite summer memory is going to Breezy Point Resort in MN. I started going there 18 years ago with my parents and now I get to take my family there to experience a great weekend of swimming, hiking, playing, & relaxing with family. It isn't summer until our week at Breezy Point.
Congrats on reaching 100 followers!!! Fantastic!
My fav summer is arriving at our little village in the south of France after 2 days driving. We come there every year for the last 35 years and I hate the long drive but every time it's worth it!! It's so very beautiful there! If only we could stay there longer than 2 weeks....
Monique
man oh man...best memory of summer 2009....hmm...would have to say getting our new apartment on July 3rd! (I'm not sure if you remember my situation Helen, but it was sooo nice to get out of my moms and get back on my own 2 feet!!)

My favorite moment this summer is all the days with my boyfriend - all the beautifull churches we have seen here in Denmark. And the best thing is that I have lost enough weight, so I can get help to get pragnent - thats the best thing of all.
Love fra Marianne - Denmark
My best summer moment was July 31st because we got to move home. We had been displaced because last Oct our house burnt. It was the best part of summer coming home. In the new house I even designed in a studio for me.
mu favorite summermemory was going to Legoland with my daugther seeing her face as she discovered this fairytale world.
Congrats on the success of your fabulous blog! My favorite summer moments? This is easy for me! Our first grandson was born!!! He's two weeks old and he's gorgeous. I will always think of this summer as the summer of Benjamin!
Favorite summer moment? Wow...for years I've been a busy working Mom, with too many hours spent at the office. This summer was a mixed blessing for me...I was laid off in August and it FORCED me to slow down. My favorite memory was waking up early on a weekday morning, with the sun shining; it was beautiful outside. Coffee in hand, I had a few moments alone to sit outside and reflect, and realized at that moment what a blessing losing my job was! The financial part will be hard, but I now have the time to be a Mom to my kids and a wife to my husband. Moments of clarity do not come often in your lifetime, it took just that one summer morning to make it all clear!
Congrats on your 100 followers!
