Here's a card I made using my Slice:

And here is an old layout ( scraplift from PhoebeJo over at scrapbook.com) where I used store bought butterflies from K and Co:

Print out this template on a 8 1/2" x 11" white card stock, and then cut out the shapes and you will have some handy butterfly templates that you can use over and over again.

Here are some I made using the template.
Cut out two sets of wings and one body. I cut one set of wings slightly bigger than the other. Add 3D- dots to the bottom wings.

I used paperclips for the antennas. Attach them on top of the 3D dot.

Just the fun part left; to decorate the butterfly. Use whatever you have. I cut out small pieces of card stock, doodled of course and added some pearls.
I got my inspiration from these fabulous felt butterflies from K and Co.
